Arthur/Frostbite pleads to The Snow Miser

(Suggested by Mininuke) On the eighth day of the Festival of Gifts, Snow Miser was met by another man who freezes everything he touches, Arthur Henford The Frostbite, but instead of singing a song about it, Arthur begged and pleaded to the Miser to allow it to cold in Aren for a entire week, so he could enjoy the day without worrying about his flesh melting off. I'm Neighborhood Villain, and I draw people's oc or any fictional meeting mine during this event, whatever you suggest could be the next drawing, Well it probably won't be the NEXT one since I've gotten quite a bit of suggestions but I'll draw it soon. Took a bit longer to draw this since I was on a train for a bit yesterday.
