Oswald Wits a.k.a The Know It All challenges the Riddler

On December 22nd or I guess two days after, The Riddler challenged Oswald Wits a.k.a The Know It All to a battle of wits. If you idea for what fictional character(can be a oc) you want to see meet a Altterra character, please tell me now so I can draw it. Since The Know it All is basically just The Riddler with a far worse design, I just had to draw them together.
