Portrait of Gabriel Quartz

Welp here's the sixth of the old artwork i haven't bothered to release til now, and the third of five paintings i made in community college, a portrait of the Peacalen Senator who totally isn't a Supervillain that dresses as a green werewolf, Gabriel Quartz. I made this for a portrait project, I remember I had to borrow a fellow classmate's black and white for this. This artwork was my first attempt on translating my artstyle from my digital artwork onto a physical piece.
