Rilrat(Karkat themed Riley Bitterson/Bolt Skin)

(Suggested by GoPro) This was supposed to release on October 28th, for some unknown reason Gopro brought Rilrat(Karkat themed Riley Bitterson/Bolt Skin), truly the most horrifying skin yet. I only have three more skins left to do this year, so I would love to hear your suggestions on what those should be.
