Art of S.I.M.B.O./ David Atlas

S.I.M.B.O.(System Intelligence Manager Bionic Organism) or David Atlas as he preferred to be called, was the first and only A.I. to achieve sentience. He was made in Bellfern Laboratories and created by William Samson Atlas and James Alson, he was said to decommissioned after the incident has since been dubbed the "Artificial Panic". But there's rumors that S.I.M.B.O. is still active, trying to find a reason to live.
