Meet Malcolm Aren a.k.a The Minister

Meet Malcolm Aren a.k.a The Minister, leader of The Council, a faction dedicated to maintaining peace between the many City-states of Aren. He is a member of The Aren Family, who were the first leaders of the continent, Aren, he has a sister, Adriana Aren, who is Aren’s most notorious supervillian, Lady Reaper. So Malcolm is the 31st new character I've made this year, and probably the final one for 2023 so hopefully he's a good way to cap things off, though his design might not be as "interesting" and "intricate" as this year's first new character, Maximum Carvok. Final reminder the Festival of Gifts is coming back soon, so please tell me if there's any character(including ocs) you want me to draw meeting one of Altterra's characters.
